He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in March 2015. He is the firm’s key contact person and heads the Dispute Resolution as well as the conveyance and Real Estate department.
He has vast experience in both civil and criminal litigation. His role as the head of litigation ensures that there is sufficient research, in house consultation pre-trial briefing before a matter proceeds for
hearing. He also ensures proper drafting of
pleadings, legal opinions, contracts and conveyances.
Mr. Wairagu has also honed his negotiation skills from his vast experience in handling insurance
matters for various insurance companies such as General Accident, APA, Britam & MUA among
others. He is a renowned negotiator who settles for nothing other than the best compromise for
the client.
